Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery times

The following are estimates from the ship date, not guarantees:

  • United States: 8–15 business days
  • Canada: 10–20 business days
  • Europe: 8–18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of world: 12–25 business days

Some items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers, so you may receive multiple packages for a single order at no extra cost.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed within 1–5 days of your order shipping. Tracking may take a few days to show movement after the first scan.

Delays

Customs processing, carrier volume, weather, and peak seasons can add delivery time. If your order is more than 10 business days past the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before shipment. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will always try to help.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
