Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal-care items that have been opened or used (including teeth whitening strips, tongue cleaners, and facial tools showing signs of use) cannot be returned unless defective.

How to start a return

Email support@auraskinofficial.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 48 hours with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case we cover the cost or send a replacement free of charge.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — in most cases without requiring a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy applies.
