Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The product must not be damaged by misuse.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
